The Goodwill Marketing Department could benefit from the support of a part-time volunteer to assist with projects and different parts of the creative process.

Duties:

  1. Organize and catalog photo image library

  2. Assist the Vice President of Marketing with making updates to the Marketing messaging flowchart

  3. Create new or edit existing graphic design documents for Marketing promotion materials

  4. Coordinate the volunteer and meeting room calendar in Microsoft Outlook and in relevant digital files

  5. Submit important documents through faxing and emailing to volunteer program stakeholders under regular deadlines

  6. Field phone calls for the volunteer program as necessary

  7. Perform administrative tasks for the Vice President of Marketing and Volunteer Coordinator as assigned

Hours: 15-20 hours/week

Requirements:

  1. College degree and experience with a nonprofit organization preferred;

  2. Organized and detail-oriented;

  3. Able to complete tasks under deadlines and prioritize tasks

  4. Proficient in typing, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  5. Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

  6. Familiarity with filing, faxing and copying

  7. Proficiency in verbal and written communication, including proofreading

  8. Adaptable and flexible for a changing work environment
